Dale Nolder,
CPA
Dale is the Managing Director of Redlon Capital Partners. He has arranged
transactions for more than 200 businesses, with aggregate purchase prices exceeding $1 billion.
The majority of these transactions were companies with revenues ranging from $2 to $25 million;
however, several were in excess of $50 million, and some in excess of $100 million.
During his career Dale has raised more than $750 Million of investment
capital. He has structured and finalized transactions for companies in a variety of industries,
with sizes ranging from smaller privately owned companies to large public companies.
For over two decades, Dale has directed buy and sell-side merger and acquisition programs and has over 20 years of Wall Street experience. This includes Initial Public Offerings, Corporate Finance activities, Crisis Management, Reorganizations and Restructurings, among other areas. Dale’s experience includes business valuations, due diligence, tax, and financial structuring matters. Dale brings value-added “Wall Street” skills and experience to Main Street companies.
William
Garvin
Before joining Redlon Capital Partners, Will was a principal at an international consulting firm headquartered in London specializing in special situation financing and financial and commercial dispute resolution. Throughout his career Will has worked and traveled the world extensively and has completed acquisitions and finance transactions on each of the six major continents of the world.
Will is originally from England and received his undergraduate in history and English literature from Oxford University and his graduate degree in Economics from York University Toronto.
